Korean White Baek Kimchi (MADE UPON REQUEST)

Delicious Korean white napa cabbage kimchi! 

This type of Kimchi has no spice added! Historically, kimchi was actually made with no chili pepper, and the spicy version was later introduced when chili became available in the Joseon Dynasty. White kimchi is still jammed packed with flavor and probiotics, often enjoyed in the hot summer months!
