Jin brings decades of passion and expertise to her homemade kimchi. After immigrating to the States from South Korea, Jin Hee found herself in a city where she would have to drive up to 4 hours to the nearest Korean grocery store to buy ingredients to make authentic kimchi at home, which she would share generously to her local Korean community. To this day, Jin Hee makes homemade kimchi for her family and Korean international students who might be missing a bit of home.
